Dear Friends and Guests,
2020 was a tough year for most of us and our foremost thoughts and hopes are for healing in our country, and good health to all of you.
I have used our quiet season to embark on a pretty significant renovation to the common sunroom. It has been stripped to the studs, shored up, and has new windows. This room will now have heat in the winter and more importantly, AC in the summer!
Also, I am adding a kitchen for guest use with a full fridge, dishwasher, sink, microwave and countertop toaster oven. There will be some small tables for 2 and the rest of the space will be a place to relax and read, play games, and visit with each other. I am hoping guests will consider longer stays to truly unwind and spend much needed time away from daily life.

On that note, I will now only be accepting reservations with a 3 night minimum. This is because I am continuing to block a full night between reservations, for thorough cleaning and 24 hours vacant time between guests. I did this in 2020 and we had a safe season, short as it was.
I am keeping our nightly rates unchanged for the 3rd straight year and hope you can understand this 3 night minimum request. As always, stays of 6 or 7 nights are discounted. If you can come only two nights, you might still be able to at least check in early, before 3 pm or checkout late after 11 am with the third night of the reservation.
Our renovation also includes improving our laundry room above the sunroom, which will now be available at pre-arranged times for weekly guests, so you can run a wash of your clothes during your stay. I hope you will enjoy our newly designed spaces and we will post pictures as soon as the finish work begins!
My best wishes to all that 2021 is everything you hope it to be for you and yours,
