*Price is $200/night through mid-May 2026 and $215 mid-May through mid-October 2026 (with A/C). Please note: this room is available only when all other rooms are booked, for one guest only and at the owner’s discretion.

This sunny, comfortable room is available only when all other rooms are booked solid and requires a 3-night minimum stay.

Kendra’s room features a full-sized bed, a small dresser, ensuite bathroom, air conditioning in season, and also has a full wall of 4-east facing shuttered windows for a sunny and pleasant view.
